According to him, all this time, his side cannot conduct it by themselves because ojek driver always sitting on their motorbike. However, if the motorcycle is parked and abandoned by their owners, it can be controlled.

"We cannot control them if the driver sits on their motorbike. This is the authority of police. We can control them if it is parked and abandoned on the roadside," he told, Thursday (4/7).

He added, besides that, the motorbike uses black plate. "If it is yellow plate, we can control them directly," he closed.
