Pembelian Lahan RS Sumber Waras Sesuai NJOP

Land Purchase at Sumber Waras Hospital Is in Conformity with NJOP

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, land purchase at Sumber Waras Hospital is compliance with taxable property values (NJOP). Based on calculation method, a purchase value by the city administration is cheaper compared to PT Ciputra.

If you compare with the price, my purchase is cheaper than market price

"We compare the purchase price by Ciputra with Jakarta, the Ciputra uses disposable market price, but we use NJOP. If you compare with the price, my purchase is cheaper than market price," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (4/13).

He asserted, the city administration could not determine a land of NJOP. This is because there is no provision in the Ministry of Finance.

KPK Does Crosscheck on BPK Findings with Basuki Information

"Second thing, they say this is a loss, why not use NJOP behind. In fact, it is set by us. Red zone and region are not determined by us, but Ministry of Finance. There is calculation method you know," he stated.

Hence, he is supporting the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to investigate the land purchase at Sumber Waras Hospital for more details.
