Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, asked Tanah Tinggi Urban Village Head, Muhammad Arif Biki to demolish manholes covering water channel along Jalan Muhammad Ali IV Dalam RT 08/04 Tanah Tinggi, Johar Baru Sub-district, Central Jakarta.

“Manhole like this should be demolished,” he said, Friday (4/15).
