Four Developers to Construct 10 Towers

Jakarta Provincial Government keeps pursuing developer’s obligation who proposes increasing building coefficient (KLB) in order to construct flat. There are 10 towers to be constructed in the near time.
They will realize the project as compensation of proposing KLB
Ika Lestari Adji, Jakarta Head Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building, admitted four developers will realize this project. Those are PT Karya Mulia Gemilang, PT Putra Gaya Wahana, PT Sampoerna Strategic, and Keppel Land.
“They will realize the project as compensation of proposing KLB,” she said, Wednesday (4/20).
Fund for Kota Tua Revitalization Is from the DeveloperThe construction will be done at two locations, Daan Mogot and Cengkareng Barat. PT Karya Mulia Gemilang and PT Sampoerna Strategic will construct three towers each, while the rest developers construct two towers each.
“Each tower has 270 units,” she added.
If the administration process is complete, groundbreaking will be run next month. Ika continued flats constructed by developers are not included flat constructed by city administration.
