Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama has chosen Sampoerna Land as developer of the revitalization of Kota Tua, West Jakarta. It is targeted to be started in the near future.

He disclosed, Sampoerna Land had filed the increase in Building Floor Quotient (KLB). They should pay Rp 700 billion to the city administration. But he would use it to revitalize the Kota Tua.
"Revitalization in Kota Tua is managed by Sampoerna Land. They have file the KLB and built the flat. They should pay Rp 700 or 800 billion to us. We'll use it for Kota Tua," he stated, in Jakarta Theater, Friday (3/4) night.
Kota Tua Revitalization Uses CSR BudgetBesides building, it is also for arranging park, river, until street vendor. Basuki assessed, the filed design was deemed already good.
"Kota design is managed by us, likewise with river, park and its water," he expressed.
It is targeted to be complete by the end of the year.
