Heavy rain that poured the capital and its surrounding areas has paralyzed the service of Kebon Pala Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), Makasar. It is also triggered by overflowing water of Cipinang River with water level reaches 80 cm.

This is due to overflowing water of Cipinang. The river must be normalized, dredged and plastered to prevent overflowing water

Based on Beritajakarta.com, until around 5.30 PM, inundation hits a parking lot as high as 80 cm and office room as high as 50 cm.

Makasar Sub-district Head, Ari Sonjaya disclosed that he got news that water will raise. He then ordered the RPTRA officer to be ready to evacuate computers, merchandises in PKK Mart, books in library to a safer place.

"This is due to overflowing water of Cipinang. The river must be normalized, dredged and plastered to prevent overflowing water," he stated.

As for the display window in PKK Mart, the water inundates tables, benches, and bookshelves. Due to this condition, the public space had to be closed.
