Building execution of Saint Mary vocational education institution (LPK) on Jalan AM Sangaji Utara Number 6, Petojo Utara, Gambir, Central Jakarta by Central Jakarta General Court (PN), Wednesday (4/23) was canceled.

According to Robert, land execution on LPK Saint Mary building has been decided through law decision. His client, Yanto Hartono clearly has certificate of land and university building.
"The court should not be afraid because there is permanent law judgement. If there is men of Hercules blocking the execution, they have to be secured," he stated.
Meanwhile, Gambir Head Sector, Police Grand Commissioner Agung Marlianto said, LPK Saint Mary execution process was canceled until undecided time on the basis of building expedience as study, learning and teaching activities.
Marlianto added, campus execution which occupied could not be implemented until next election. "This is postponed until undecided time. execution could not be done until election," he added.
Meanwhile, General Secretary of Saint Mary, Ikraman Thalib explained, on April 17th 2013, he had proposed execution offense to Central Jakarta General Court. From the proposal, the court decided if the land and building is owned by Rosario Marshal or Hercules. "This execution have to be canceled. Head of Central Jakarta General Court have no reason to do postpone," he admit.
Thalib said, Hercules built this campus are only for educational needs.
