According to Ika Lestari Adji, Head of Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept, identity is installed from Jatinegara Barat Flat, East Jakarta. But the same thing should also be done in other flats. She recorded, there are 23 flats belonging Jakarta Provincial Government.

"Identity and photo installation is to simplify us to monitor illegal flat transaction. If it is detected, we will report it to the police," she stressed, after installing identity and photo in Jatinegara Barat Flat, Wednesday (4/27).

Thus far, the case has not been found. But she believes, there is indication of such a case. It is still being investigated.
