16,443 Joint Personnel Prepared to Secure May Day

As many as 16,443 personnel of army/police are prepared to secure May Day celebration, which falls on Sunday (5/1) in the capital. Those will be spread to some vital points in Jakarta.

The labor will spread in several points at peak of May Day in Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Senayan

According to Sr. Comr. Martuani Sormin, Chief of Bureau Operation for Polda Metro Jaya, as many as 13,000 labors will celebrate May Day in some areas, like as Presidential Palace, MPR/DPR building, City Hall, etc.

Satpol PP Ready to Collaborate Secure May Day

"The labor will spread in several points at peak of May Day in Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Senayan," he expressed, in Polda Metro Jaya Headquarter, Thursday (4/28).

He continued, demonstration in front of Presidential Palace must be spaced at least 100 meters from the fence outside the palace. In addition, the labor is not allowed to pass through Jl Medan Merdeka Utara.
