Socialization Becomes SOP Before Executing Building

Jakarta Provincial Government always applying Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) before executing building or land. Socialization is the first step before continuing to execution.

“We have applied the approaching before execution,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, Friday (4/29).

Socialization is given to inform residents about execution. In fact, many residents in several places admitted never get the information.

“The question is, why we give socialization? Residents will know about project that will be built. Especially for Bidara Cina, Pluit Reservoir case, they reported to Komnas HAM about no socialization. If there was no socialization, then how you know all of this,” he added.

After giving the socialization, Jakarta Provincial Government will give warning letter (SP) from SP1 to SP3. During the period from SP1 to SP3, residents have chance to execute their building without personnel assistance.
