The arrangement of former Kalijodo area, Pejagalan Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, North Jakarta keeps continued. One of the results is road widening by applying concrete layer from Pejagalan, North Jakarta to West Jakarta area.

Sudirman (45), one of workers, said the road widening has reached 70 percent.

“Now the project is applying concrete layer. It remains 30 percent,” he said, Monday (5/2).

The heavy equipment operator, he added, leveling the land around the area.

“We do not know about facility construction,” he added.

The road can be passed for motorcycle from North to West Jakarta or vice versa.
