Hundreds of ex-Kalijodo citizens living in Marunda Flat, Cilincing, North Jakarta, Block A11, RT 011/010, Marunda Urban Village, Cilincing, North Jakarta packed the ID card and lease agreement service.

 Nevertheless, they have to process it in accordance with new domicile through our service now

Marund Flat Technical Management Unit Head, Syharyanti said, service goal is to facilitate citizens in processing their ID card in accordance with the current domicile and Bank DKI account.

"Although they have occupied the flat, they have yet to process the old ID card or still domiciled in Pejagalan Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, North Jakarta. Nevertheless, they have to process it in accordance with new domicile through our service now," she expressed, Wednesday (3/23).

According to procedure, she admitted, they process the lease agreement first. By so, they cannot borrow or sell their flat to other people. And then continued with ID card mutation. 

In the service, as many as 49 households process lease agreement and 127 others process ID card mutation.
