Jakarta Head Dept. of Population and Civil Registration, Edison Sianturi, said proposing Jakarta ID card is easy as long as the required documents are complete.

According to him, proposing for new address at executed building areas will not be proceed. Especially for new comers who want to get flat unit. They must get permit from public housing agency.
