"KPK once again summons me as witness about case of Sanusi and Ariesman. They will bring the case to the court," he stated, Monday (5/9).
I'm Ready to Be Summoned by KPK as Witness, Basuki SaysHe admitted will only explain what he knew about the related discussion of two draft bylaw regarding reclamation. He said, he would testify in accordance with the facts he know.
"We simply deliver what we know, hear, see and read. Just explain as it is," he stated.
He added his testimony is expected may help the investigators in conducting the investigation. Thus the case can be completed quickly.
Predictably, question that will be asked is about his relationship with the two suspects. It is also related to the discussion of the draft.
Technically, the KPK has summoned Head of Jakarta Development Planning Board (Bappeda), Tuty Kusumawati. He did not really know technically, because he only issued a policy.
"I guess technically they are already calling the Bappeda. Because I don’t quite understand the technical matter. Thus I did not involve in the discussion. I just join in its policies alone. I will prepare the time to meet the summons," he finished.
