Computer-based Exam Has Been Applied in 38 Schools

About 38 out of 289 state junior high schools (SMPN) in Jakarta are conducting the computer-based national exam.

In accordance with governor's instruction, all schools can already use computer-based exam next year

Head of Jakarta Education Dept, Sopan Adrianto disclosed, the rest of 87 percent still apply paper-based exam. But it is targeted all could apply the computer-based exam in the upcoming 2017.

SMPN 49 Prefers Computer-Based Exam

"In accordance with governor's instruction, all schools can already use computer-based exam next year," he stated, Monday (5/9).

He added, computer-based exam is deemed more efficient because it does not require paper in its implementation. In addition, it also can minimize leakage exams.
