3 in 1 Not Significantly Reduce Traffic Jam

During first week abolishment trial, it took 28 minutes, second week was 43 minutes, and fifth week was 26 minutes. The returning flow was 20 minutes during 3 in 1, 23 minutes in first week trial, 31 minutes in second week trial, and 24 minutes in fifth week trial.
“Traffic jam occurred during 5 PM to 7 PM,” he added.
According him, 3 in 1 system is not significantly reduce traffic jam. Based on survey result, 72.4 percent participants agree for system abolition.
