Panggang Island Urban Village Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Seribu Utara Islands, commits to give best service for citizens. As the commitment, the health center will prepare advice box. Citizens visiting the community health center will be able to give their advice and complaint via the box.

Sri Ratna, health center’s head, said the box will ease citizens delivering their suggestion and complaint. Especially complaint related to 24 hours service.
“Advice box will help us improving the service for them,” she said, Thursday (4/12).
Seribu Islands Puskesmas Opens 24 HoursRelated to night service, she added, her side prepares one nurse, one midwife, and one doctor. The doctor’s operational hour is up to 11 PM. During emergency situation, the doctor can be called since the official house is near with the community health center.
“Nurse can not refuse patients before being observed by the doctor,” she added.
