The One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) officer under Seribu Islands Administration will provide a certificate of building permit (IMB) for free to residents on condition of clear land ownership status.

As long as the land ownership is clear, we will help to give building permit for free for those who have built or renovated a building on a 200-square meter land

"As long as the land ownership is clear, we will help to give building permit for free for those who have built or renovated a building on a 200-square meter land," expressed Head of Seribu Islands PTSP, Lamhot Tambunan, Saturday (5/14).

Additionally, his side will also provide free architect aid for building design.

"So all cannot be obtained freely. If the land is own reclamation and not yet mapped in the lsland, we cannot help," he stressed.

He urges local residents who conduct reclamation to immediately make a report thus can be recontineud to Seribu Islands Spatial Planning Sub-dept, where it would be included in the map or operational.
