Based on Beritajakarta.com’s observation, the demolition was protested by the building owner. He threatened to block the road. After being postponed, the demolition then continued by personnel of West Jakarta Sub-dept. of City Spatial Planning.

Head Section of City Spatial Planning for Kalideres Sub-district, Agung Wijonarko, admitted the building should be used as a residence, not warehouse.

“We have warned the owner via letter and sealing with demolition letter. But he remained ignoring,” he said, Monday (5/16).
