Jakarta Dept. of Transportation has applied information technology (IT)-based online system for roadworthiness test in Jakarta. It is hoped the system could dismissed brokers at the test location.

“Roadworthiness test uses IT system to avoid brokering,” said Andri Yansyah, head of agency, Monday (5/23).
According to him, the system has been applied at Pulogadung and Cilincing roadworthiness test center (PKB). Kedaung Angke PKB is still trialing the system. It is hoped the system would fully run in July.
