The arrangement of Kota Tua, West Jakarta will use fund from developer’s obligation who propose to increase the floor building coefficient. The company is Sampoerna Land.

“They must pay Rp 700 billion to increase the building coefficient,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, Wednesday (5/25).
According to him, Kota Tua arrangement is not only repaint the building, but also providing park. Jakarta Provincial Government will provide a park at the area.
City Prefers Arranging Kota Tua First“Design is already prepared. The arrangement starts from Kota Tua to Pasar Ikan,” he added.
Parking facility will be also constructed for tourists on Jalan Tongkol and improving Benteng Batavia area.
“Bahari Museum will be revitalized, as well as Pasar Ikan,” he continued.
Basuki targets to complete the project in a year.
