10 stalls belonging street vendor and carts on Jl Fajar Aladin, Pejagalan Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, North Jakarta, controlled.

The stalls are set up on the water channel and the roadside. Consequently, the place looks slum and make the street narrow

Head of Penjaringan Sub-district Satpol PP, Partomuan said controlling against illegal stall is compliance with Bylaw No.8/2007 on public order.

Controlling is done to make the place clean and beautiful as well as not disturbing the people activity. PPSU is also simplified to clean up the channel.

"Before being controlled, we had sent warning letter. But it was ignored. That's why we had to control them. And then brought to the Cakung Satpol PP's warehouse, East Jakarta," he closed.
