A Stall Selling Illegal Alcohol in Tengah Urban Village Raided

A jamu (herb) stall selling illegal liquor, like oplosan (bootleg liquor) on Jl Raya Inpres RT 04/01 Tengah Urban Village was raided by the ranks of East Jakarta Kramat Jati Sector Police. They have found and seized tens of liquor bottles from a seller, Sari Jon Panai (42).

Kramat Jati Sector Police Chief, Sr. Comr. Supoyo stated the raid is conducted after getting a report from local residents. After being monitored, the stall was proven selling liquor over three years.

"We seize all liquor bottles, including the seller," he told, Tuesday (5/31).

Liquor Circulation Raid Intensified

His side managed to seize 33 plastic bags of oplosan liquor and alcohol with levels of 90 percent, 18 bottles of wine, 16 bottles of syrup ABC, 2 bottles and 1 bucket of oplosan liquor.
