North Jakarta P2B Demolished a Building Without Permit

Due to violate the building permit, a building on Jalan Muara Karang Raya, Block A5 No 1, RT 01/17 Pluit Urban Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta was demolished by North Jakarta Sub-dept. of Building Control Tuesday (4/29).

Head Section of Penjaringan Building Control, Yudho Eko Prasetyo, the building owner has violated the Law No. 28 of 2002 on Building Construction and Bylaw No. 7 of 2010 on Building Permit. At first, the owner proposed to build house. In fact, he built 3 stories building.

“We had repeatedly given him warning, but he ignored it. So we have to apply for demolition,” he explained Tuesday (4/29).
