Mass Organization Conducts Sweeping will Be Sanctioned

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama admitted will rely on city police related with fasting month security. It is including security of mass organization conducting sweeping to night entertainment place.

Basuki added that city police chief has given guarantee about security of capital city during fasting month. Controlling night entertainment place is city police duty, not mass organization.

“Police will arrest mass organization conducting sweeping,” he said, Thursday (6/2).

Sanction to Be Given for Mass Organization Holding Sweeping

The governor stated that Jakarta Dept. of Tourism and Culture has issued letter about night entertainment place operating hours. Mostly the places are limited up to 12 AM only.
