Illegal Parking on Jalan H Tohir Controlled

Personnel managed to take action against two four-wheeled vehicles that were found parked on the roadside.

Head of Kebon Jeruk District's Satpol PP, Pelita Andriyani Sihombing said the activity was held to respond to residents' complaints.

"Vehicles parked on roadside triggered traffic jam. So we tried to return the function," he said.

Aside from controlling illegal parking, personnel also advised residents in the area to use the roads according to the rules for smooth traffic flow by not trading or parking haphazardly.

Kebon Jeruk District's Transportation Unit Head, Syahrudin stated for vehicles caught parked haphazardly, the party imposed a towing sanction to provide a deterrent effect on vehicle owners.

"Two four-wheeled vehicles were towed to West Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency in Rawa Buaya Cengkareng for further process," he stated.
