"We want to ensure that all facilities and infrastructure are fully equipped. Because if facilities are complete, services will certainly be better and make things easier for the public," he said, Tuesday (3/3).

In addition to the completeness of health facilities, Commission E also emphasized the importance of improving the service scheme to be friendlier, faster, and provide satisfaction to residents.

"We ask the Health Agency to develop a friendlier and better service scheme, so that the public truly feels they are being served optimally," he added.

During the meeting, several council inputs focused on healthcare services related to the BPJS Kesehatan scheme. Commission E, Subki continued, pushed for a streamlined and simplified service mechanism for BPJS participants.

Subki explained that, based on the presentation by the Jakarta Health Agency Head, Ani Ruspitawati, residents with Jakarta ID cards under certain conditions can still obtain health services even if they do not have BPJS.

He also appealed to the public to be proactive in ensuring that their BPJS membership status remains active so that when they need services at community health centers or other health facilities, they do not experience any problems.

"However, this doesn't mean that people don't need BPJS. If the BPJS membership is no longer active or is experiencing problems, it's best to address this immediately," he emphasized.
