Kalideres Terminal Restyled for Homecoming Period

We have prepared a rest area for bus crew during homecoming

Entering Ramadhan, the Kalideres Intercity-Interprovincial (AKAP) Terminal, West Jakarta began to be restyled. It is conducted to create convenience and safety for people who want to do homecoming.

Kalideres AKAP Terminal Head, Revi Zulkarnaen disclosed there will be at least four points that must be restyled inside terminal ahead of homecoming period. First point, the motorist must be registered. The bus arrival must be clear and rest area can be provided. "We have prepared a rest area for bus crew during homecoming," he stated, Monday (6/6).

He continued, second point is terminal arrangement, that is passenger in terminal obligated to wait in the appropriate place. Third point, terminal facility must be clean. "If the ticket counter is dense, the waiting room will be set up in the park. Toilet must also be clean," he uttered.

Fourth point, he continued, there must be complaint post that tells about bus schedule inside terminal. "If the bus departure is late, the Otobus Company must give compensation to the passenger," he explained.

He added that his side is going to coordinate with the police to create public order around terminal. "We will also set up health post for urine test and medical check-up for bus crew, nursing room, and monitor broker activity as well as crime action," he finished.
