Jakarta Provincial Government through PD Pasar Jaya keeps holding market operation at 20 traditional markets. During the operation, beef is always sold out.

Gatra Vaganza, PD Pasar Jaya Public Relation, said his side prepared two tons for chuck and shank. “They are enthusiast with the program because we selling cheaper price than in markets. Shank is Rp 89 thousand/kg and chuck Rp 85 thousand/kg,” he said, Tuesday (6/7).

He added that chili was not quite become favorite since the price is almost the same with the markets.

Gatra continued several prices for market operation have already changed. Rice from Rp 8,100/kg now Rp 7,900/kg, egg from Rp 21 thousand/kg now Rp 22 thousand/kg.

Next is red onion from Rp 23 thousand now Rp 27 thousand/kg. The prices are more expensive than previous operation, but it still cheaper compared to traditional markets.
