Munjirin Asks OPD to Ensure Valid Completion of Reports at JAKI

East Jakarta Mayor Munjirin requested that all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in the local City Government ensure the valid resolution of reports submitted by the public, including through the JAKI application.

Munjirin said this instruction was issued following the viral posting of a public report regarding illegal parking in Kalisari Urban Village using artificial intelligence (AI) photos.

"Ensure everything is done according to SOP. Any follow-up to public complaints must be carried out in a realistic, transparent, and accountable manner," he said.

According to him, OPD leaders, especially urban village heads, are required to know and ensure that every report uploaded to the JAKI system has been properly followed up and completed in the field.

"Don't upload a report before ensuring it's resolved properly. This should be a concern to prevent similar cases from recurring," he appealed.
