A total of 31 new residents accessed civil administration (Adminduk) services provided by the West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency on Monday (4/6) at RW 16 post in Kapuk Urban Village, Cengkareng.
"We hope newcomers will also take the initiative to report to the urban village office,"
West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head, Gentina Arifin, said the mobile service aims to make it easier for residents to access services following Eid al-Fitr 1447 H.
Door-to-Door Adminduk Service Reach 210 Srengseng Sawah Residents"We are carrying this out in residential neighborhoods to get closer to the community," she said.
She informed that the service, held from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, was accessed by 142 residents. Of that number, 31 newcomers processed civil administration documents, 20 sought consultations, 21 reported damaged ID cards, 41 completed ID card registration, eight applied for family cards, and 21 registered for digital population identity.
Gentina said the program will also be rolled out in other locations across West Jakarta, particularly in densely populated areas.
"We hope newcomers will also take the initiative to report to the urban village office to process their civil administration documents if they are unable to access these mobile services," she added.
Head of the Dukcapil Sector in Cengkareng Sub-district, Agus Wardjono, said the service involved 15 personnel.
He noted that Kapuk Urban Village was selected due to its dense population and the high number of new arrivals.
"As a result, 31 newcomers processed their non-permanent population documents. Their documents have been completed and handed directly to them," he said.
