Cilandak Health Center Maintains Optimal Services

The Jakarta Provincial Government has issued Governor Circular No. 3/SE/2026 on Work Culture Transformation through adjustments to official duties for civil servants (ASN).

The regulation, signed by Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung on 4/6, serves as the basis for implementing a work-from-home (WFH) policy for ASN, with exceptions for those working in vital public service sectors such as healthcare, education, and licensing.

In the healthcare sector, including at the Cilandak Sub-district Health Center in South Jakarta, all services are ensured to continue operating at full capacity without any changes to the work system.

Head of Administration Subdivision at the Cilandak Health Center, Idawati Romatiar, said the WFH policy does not apply to healthcare service units that directly serve the public.

"We continue to provide all types of health services at the Cilandak Health Center. All clinics are operating as usual, with no exceptions," she said on Friday (4/10).

Idawati explained that there are currently no restrictions on services or patient visits, as healthcare is a public service that must continue to operate optimally under any circumstances.

"Everything is running normally. There should be no service limitations. From Monday to Friday, services remain the same as usual," she said.

She added that similar services are also ensured at all auxiliary health centers (Pustu) at the urban village level.

"This is to ensure equal access to healthcare services for the community," she noted.

According to Idawati, services at the Cilandak Health Center have become more accessible with the availability of an online registration system.

She expressed hope that the services provided will continue to deliver tangible benefits to the public, in line with efforts to improve public health through promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative measures.

"Residents can choose to visit directly or use the available application to access healthcare services," she said.

Meanwhile, a Cilandak resident, Rizky Kurniawan (36) said he has directly experienced the quality of services at the health center, which remain optimal.

"The service is very good, the information is clear, and the waiting time is not too long," he said.
