Inactive Jakarta Health Card (KJS) holder is appealed to report to Jamkesda on Jalan Kesehatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta. Citizens only bring the card.
If the card is inactive, please bring to us

PPSU in S. Jakarta to Receive KJS & KJPCitizens are also able to re-register for getting new card in community health center. The requirements are ID card and family card.
