Jakarta Provincial Government plans to stop giving donation in form of cash money to orphans, widow and other because it is considered off target.

"I've just met Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) management. I said, I will not give the charity to orphans and widow again," said Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Jakarta Governor, after inaugurating the Regional Management Board (DPW) of Indonesian Mosque Youth Communication Forum (BKPRMI) of Jakarta 2014-2018 period, at City Hall, Friday (12/5).
According to him, the program such as Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and Jakarta Health Card (KJS) are more educating the citizen than donation activity.

Basuki admitted, the plans has also been delivered in leader meeting through Jakarta Secretary (Sekda), Saefullah and his ordinate.
"Urban Village Head and Sub-District head know exactly the poor people who need the rice in their area, then they give aid to them. The action is the social justice," Basuki disclosed.
