"Based on observations from last year, the volume of waste collected ranged from 100 to 150 tons," he noted.

In addition to personnel, Slamet said the sub-agency has prepared 20 garbage trucks, 20 street sweepers, and 22 mobile toilet units.

"We will ensure Jakarta is clean again after the May Day rallies," he asserted.

According to Slamet Riyadi, personnel and cleaning equipment will be deployed across several strategic locations, including Merdeka Square and surrounding roads such as Jalan Merdeka Utara, Selatan, Timur, and Barat, as well as Lapangan Banteng, Patung Tani, Jalan Sudirman–Thamrin, and the DPR/MPR Building.

"We hope that despite large crowds, the city's cleanliness can be maintained through the readiness of personnel and equipment," he said.
