Assessments are conducted on BUMNs, their subsidiaries, and BUMDs across various industrial sectors, ranging from energy, healthcare, and financial services to logistics, telecommunications, and tourism.
In the "Key Elements of Marketing" category, the evaluation focuses on the implementation of Customer Management, Product Management, and Brand Management, including how a company builds trust and brand performance through "WOW Brand" research and digital activities on social media.
