Previously, Pramono confirmed that the supply of sacrificial animals, both cows and goats, was sufficient in Jakarta. He also stated that prices for sacrificial animals in Jakarta are currently under control and relatively stable.
"Prices of sacrificial animals in Jakarta have not increased and remain relatively stable. Sacrificial animals, whether cows, goats, or other animals, are now fully available in Jakarta," he admitted.
The abundance of sacrificial animals has prompted other regions to source supplies from Jakarta. This, he stated, demonstrates the effective role of regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD), particularly Perumda Dharma Jaya, in preparing sacrificial animal supplies.
"The BUMD responsible for this, one of which is Dharma Jaya, they prepared well," he stated.
