A total of 7,757 sacrificial animals spread across 105 shelters have undergone health and suitability checks by the West Jakarta Food Security, Maritime Affairs and Agriculture (KPKP) Sub-agency.

Regarding the eligibility requirements for sacrificial animals, Tanti added that her team conducted oral examinations to ensure the animals were of the appropriate age.
According to Tanti, the inspections revealed no serious violations and provided treatment and vitamins to animals found to be unfit.
"It is ensured that all animals are free from defects and in healthy condition," she explained.
Starting tomorrow, her rank will conduct inspections at the sacrificial animal slaughter locations.
