E-Budgeting will Step Further, Basuki Says

Jakarta Vice Governor Basuki T. Purnama keeps running the e-budgeting system as goods and service procurement. The implementation of e-budgeting could prevent fund misappropriation even though it will lower the budget spending.

Basuki continued that lower budget spending because of e-budgeting system would save the budget much.
Until April, City Budget Absorption Only Reached 8 PercentRegarding the unused fund by 50 percent, Basuki blamed SKPD which did not understand the government goods and service unit price. He thought that e-budgeting system is already effective succeeding city administration program.
Basuki will remain refuse procurement process without ULP and e-budgeting.
