13 Firefighters Tackle Fire in Jelambar

"After more than 20 minutes of handling, the fire was brought under control and the extinguishing process entered the cooling phase around 7:38 AM. The extinguishing process was declared complete around 8:20 AM," he added.
The fire at the location did not result in any fatalities or serious injuries. The fire affected an area of ​​approximately 120 square meters.
"Temporary data shows that there are two families with 12 people affected," he continued.
Head of Jelambar Urban Village, Pradista Machdala Putra said his side has submitted a letter requesting emergency response assistance to the West Jakarta Social Services Sub-agency and other relevant agencies.
Pradista hopes that with this fire incident, residents will be more careful when using electrical installations.
"Initial suspicion is that the incident was triggered by an electrical short circuit," he admitted.
