Due to standing on the drainage, a stall and a furniture reparation building on Jalan H Usman, RT 03/02, Kelapa Dua, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, demolished, Tuesday (6/14).

"The buildings have caused traffic jam and inundation when rain pours," said Herman, Head of Kelapa Dua Urban Village.

Herman disclosed that both buildings were indeed often complained by local residents via qlue. Besides standing on the drainage, the furniture goods are seen pilling up on the sidewalk.

"As a result, PPSU officer has difficulties to clean up the drainage," he stated.

He continued, post-demolishment, his side immediately sent PPSU to clean up and dredge the drainage.

"We've coordinated with West Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept to normalize the drainage," he closed.
