Purchase for British Embassy Land Still Under Negotiation

The land acquisition for ex-land of British Embassy on Jl MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta keeps being conducted by Jakarta Provincial Government. Currently, it has been entered negotiation phase regarding notary cost in a transaction with British Embassy.

According to mailing process, cost one percent is not for notary only but also land emptying, tax payment and so on. It should be doe explanation to the parties concerned.

"We want calculation has entered its process, thus we could know the formula is," he stated.

Saefullah disclosed, besides that, location release right is still under debate. Whereas the city wants agreement to be done in department or in notary office. Thus the document can easily be processed.

"That means they ask at the embassy, but the documentation is difficult. This is why we invite all parties to immediately decide the purchase," he finished.
