Some 30 joint personnel conducted a crackdown on illegal parking and street vendors on Jalan Kota Bambu Raya, West Jakarta. The operation resulted in the ticketing of 28 motorcycles and the removal of 15 sidewalk stalls.

"Illegal stalls and parking are prime triggers for congestion. We urge people to remain orderly and stop misusing public spaces for business or parking," he concluded.
This operation received appreciation from one of the locals from RW 04, Kota Bambu Utara Urban Village.
He admitted that illegal vendors and parking have long disrupted the traffic flow adjacent to Harapan Kita Hospital.
"The presence of illegal parking, in particular, is highly disruptive and acts as a major trigger for traffic congestion," he concluded.
