Head of Jakarta Transportation Dept, Andri Yansyah disclosed that 9,374 AKAP buses that will be prepared for homecoming period are divided into three categories, such as regular, tour and additional buses.
"This year, we prepare 9,374 AKAP buses to serve people who want to take homecoming ahead of Eid ul Fitr. Prior to operational, we will check them first," he disclosed, after hearing meeting with Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) for Commission B, at City Hall, Thursday (6/16).
Kalideres Terminal Restyled for Homecoming PeriodHe mentioned, those Eid fleets consist of 3,310 units of regular, 5,454 units of non-regular AKAP, 215 units of additional and 295 units of tour.
"This year, the number of AKAP bus for Eid is increased up to 961 units than last year, which were 8,413 units," he finished.
