Pramono: Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival is a Catalyst for Jakarta’s Creative Economy

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung attended the gala dinner and Opening Ceremony of the Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival (JF3) 2026 at Gafoy La Piazza, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, last night.

The most important thing is collaboration and cooperation

Pramono commended the event, describing JF3 as a strategic platform to bolster Jakarta’s creative economy ecosystem and a collaborative space for Indonesian culture and craftsmanship.

He noted that the festival not only creates business opportunities but also cements Jakarta’s status as the ultimate barometer for Indonesia’s fashion and culinary trends.

"The most important thing is collaboration and cooperation, ensuring Jakarta truly becomes a thriving space for the creative economy. This event is a prime example of that," he stated.

Since its inception in 2004, JF3 has become Jakarta’s signature event and a pivotal growth platform for the nation’s fashion and creative industries.

This year, the JF3 runway bridges Indonesian designers and brands with international talents from France, South Korea, Philippines, Laos, and Singapore.
