20 Pasar Rebo Residents Participate in Barista and Video Editor Training

A total of 20 residents from five urban villages participated in barista and video editor training held by the East Jakarta PPKD via a mobile training unit (MTU) in the yard of the Pasar Rebo District office.
Participants will receive two certificates
Head of East Jakarta PPKD, Teguh Hendarwan, stated that the training will be held from July 20 to August 14. This activity follows up on community proposals received through the Musrenbang (Regional Development Planning Forum).

To obtain a BNSP certificate, Teguh explained, they must first take a competency test on August 18.
This job training is part of an effort to address the unemployment problem in Jakarta.
Head of Pasar Rebo District, Mujiono stated the training participants are residents of Pekayon, Kalisari, Cijantung, Baru and Gedong Urban Villages.
"So, each urban village has four people who participated in this training," he stated.
Meanwhile, Anisa Maharani Putri, one of the participants, admitted that she was very happy to take part in the Barista training.
"I love coffee and want to own a coffee shop. That's why I took barista training," she admitted.
