Four entertainment stages will enliven the international music festival, LaLaLa Festival 2026, this coming August 22–23 at the Jakarta International Expo in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

LaLaLa Festival founder Carmel Puma stated that four stages, featuring distinct designs and grander aesthetics, will showcase a blend of international and national musicians, creating an experience that fuses the music and art characteristic of the LaLaLa Festival.

According to Carmel, this change in appearance reflects audience feedback that is taken into consideration when developing the festival from year to year.
This music event, Carmel explained, will feature a lineup of international musicians such as Rex Orange County, Steve Lacy, HONNE, Two Door Cinema Club, The Flaming Lips, Kodaline, Dermot Kennedy (Solo), FLO, Jordan Rakei, Matt Maltese, Astrid S, Summer Salt, and dozens of others.
"We are also bringing in several emerging talents from various countries, including France, Taiwan, Ukraine, and others," he explained.
Aras Pamungkas, Head of the Supervision and Control Sub-division at the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, hopes that the LaLaLa Festival and other music events will further strengthen Jakarta's position as a global city.
"The Jakarta Provincial Government aims to rank among the world's top 50 global cities by 2030. One of the strategies involves boosting local and international music events, including the LaLaLa Festival. Jakarta is ready to host international-scale events," he stated
He is also optimistic that music events like the LaLaLa Festival 2026 will have a positive impact on Jakarta and Indonesia.
"Jakarta is ready to welcome international musicians and overseas tourists to the LaLaLa Festival 2026," he admitted.
