Head of the Sub-agency, Taufik Yulianto said this training goes beyond simply imparting food processing skills, it is also aimed at fostering the emergence of new entrepreneurs in East Jakarta.

"Participants are expected to be able to develop products based on livestock-derived raw materials into economically valuable business opportunities," he said, Thursday (8/13).

During the training, participants gained practical experience in processing various food products using chicken as the primary ingredient.

The knowledge provided is expected to help participants create new product variants, ensuring their businesses are not limited to just a single type of menu item.

"The participants' creative works will subsequently be showcased at the *Pasar Tumbuh* event held at the East Jakarta Mayor's Office," he added.

The training covers more than just food processing techniques. The Sub-agency also invited content creators to present material on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and social media.

The material is provided to enable participants to leverage digital technology for creating content, introducing products, and supporting business marketing efforts.

"After completing the training, the participants also received a supply of seasonings, which is expected to support the development of their businesses," he said.

Meanwhile, one of the participants living in Pondok Ranggon Urban Village, Cipayung District, Deni Yulio Wicaksono (38), admitted he enjoyed participating in the training. Moreover, he is currently running a home-based culinary business with their sibling, featuring a range of chicken-based products.

"The knowledge gained can help expand the menu variety while also enhancing business management skills," he admitted.
