The ranks of Seribu Islands Spatial Planning Sub-dept has sealed a house and an homestay in Kelapa Island. Sealing is conducted because both did not have building permit (IMB).
Not having building permit, no construction
"Our procedure was ignored by the building owner. That's why we had to do sealing," said Riza Ananta Nasution, Head of Supervision and Control Section for Seribu Islands Spatial Planning Sub-dept, Monday (6/20).
He explains, those buildings will be built one floor. Based on the data, they have been constructed since two months ago. His sub-dept will forcibly seal if the illegal building is detected.
