1,625 families in Bangka Urban Village Received Food Aid

A total of 1,625 families in Bangka Urban Village, Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta received Rice Food Assistance (BPB).

Head of Bangka Urban Village, Firdaus Aulawy Rois said this assistance is a National Food Agency program in collaboration with Perum Bulog.

Firdaus explained that aid distribution began on Monday (9/7). As of yesterday afternoon, 1,405 families had received aid. Meanwhile, another 220 families had not yet received their aid.
"There is still an additional time of up to three days ahead," he added.
He hopes that the food aid can be used as well as possible to meet daily needs and not be sold.
Meanwhile, one of the beneficiaries, Siti Rohya admitted she was delighted to receive rice aid from the government again. Despite the long wait, she was grateful to receive the aid in the stipulated amount.
"I will use this rice well for my daily needs," she admitted.
